Be a good Training Partner

When learning martial arts, you will encounter all different kinds of training partners. The truth of the matter is that you need a good training partner in order to grow. Here's how you can help both yourself and others grow as martial artists.

Goal Setting

What’s important to you right now? How are you working on yourself? Pick five things that you are working on for your five “swim lanes”, and write them at the top or each row. For example, “eating healthier”, “improving first aid knowledge”, or “learning double stick combos”. Then in each column of your swim lane, write one step that will move you in the direction of achieving your goal.
